Dear Job_Seeker and any seniors,

I am qualified to apply PR and going to chose option 2 (3900 hours), but due to the second family didn't work out so I quit the job. I called west Coast Worker's Association and they said it's ok to apply PR and OWP. But I think is better to find out the certaninly answer here.

I am sure there are some peopl have same suitation as me here. To find a new employer and LMO+new work permit need 3-6 months. How can we wait that long to start working legal?! So please anyone share your experience, Thanks a lot!

I personally know 1 who was on EI when she applied for her PR/OWP but that was in 2009. She got her PR in less than a year she being single.

Thanks for your respond, Job_Seeker. Still waiting for some document and going to mail the application next months, hope I can get OWP soon.
