Is there anyone from Srilanka who submitted their passports to the VFS through courier and waiting for a reply (package tracking ID mail)???

Hello,
I submitted my passport and the required documents after receiving the Passport request letter through a courier agent to VFS on November 25th and I have not gotten any reply for my package.
I have paid for the package including the SMS service and return courier charges but still no update. :(
