I am an applicant of old system. I have applied in April, 2006. My visa office is Singapore. I have send my second updated all Doc 31st Dec,2009. Still now I am waiting for Medical request.
Is there anyone who got request of Medi.? Please reply ….

I am July 2007 - did my updates Oct 2009 - awaiting Meds.

I applied my file in 2006 but there is no response of embassy.

I want to withdraw my file. How to withthdraw file?
Can I get my application fees back?

I want to apply again in New fast track process. I don't have any problem for points. I am master degree, wife is graduate and relative is in Canada. I can get more points to pass.

Can anybody suggest how to withdraw file and apply again?

Any disadvantage to withdraw and applyyy again? Please help me

You can write them a letter requesting withdrawal and you will get your money back. The problem is getting your refund is a slow process and can take months. You seems to be in hurry and I understand but you will somehow need to come up with new application fee to be able to apply immediately.
