Is there any way to transfer Canada work permit file process from Abu Dabhi Canadian embassy to Indian Canadian embassy!

I applied for Canada LMIA based work permit from UAE in 7 July 2021 . Biometric done 8 July 2021 , medical update 11 august 2021. After that no response yet.

can you please give me suggestion, what is the process if I want to move my process to india from UAE.
