October 13,2012 AMEN!
I first sent my TRV application last May 29, and after about 10 days, I received a letter notifying that I should pay the exact amount in peso for the single entry visa. I fixed the problem right away and immediately sent my TRV application again to the same courier I used the last time. Now, I've been waiting for almost a month already and I seem to have no way of confirming if they actually started processing it or if they never really saw it. I went to the courier a week ago to ask if it was received by someone in the visa office, and they confirmed it was received on June 12, by the security guard. Should I be worried? I called the call center for help but they don't have any record of applications sent by courier, and the agent advised me to email the visa section instead, but he gave me the wrong email adress. Is there anyone here who had/has the same problem? please help!

What country's visa office did you send your application to?

Philippines. The average processing time here for TRV is 14 days, that's why im so worried since it's been a month already!

OK that's why i was checking as sometimes the visa offices have longer processing times. And I assume you didn't get tracking on your package with the courier?
In our case we sent with DHL and had tracking with them and then used a visa application center which they also have a tracker. If you didn't use either of those services I don't think there is a way to double check. You could send a case specific inquiry though to the visa office with your information and see if they can review it :)
