Is there any standard format for Academic Transcript

Hi all,
My spouse has completed his 3 years diploma in hotel management. His college does not provide any set academic transcript. Instead they want us to provide the format.
Can anybody help me with the standard format for academic transcript please?

Hi There is no particular format, if his degree is from a autonomous college then just search on-line for a format, and if his degree is through a university then you can contact the university to get sealed transcript. Hope this helps

Yeah I agree with Shanksw007, if its university preferably a sealed transcript would be required for ECA. I am not sure of the alternate format from private colleges. But without sealed transcript I am doubtful of ECA. I might be wrong though.

I am little confused here,
is sealed transcript required 2 times, one for WES and another for ECAS??!!

as per my understanding only WES verification is enough for CIC procedures requirements " only one time i have to send sealed transcript".

Kindly advise.

Youshould check out with the university, who has issued you the degree.
