Is there any problem to apply for PR if start a business in Ontario.?

Hi all,
I have completed 12 months of level B job and applied to express entry through CEC category. Now i am waiting for draw. In this situation can i register a business in Ontario? If i register is there any problem for my PR?
please guide me if anyone knows anything.
