Is there any options for Failed refugee claiment apply for travel document?

I'm failed refugee claiment waiting for for removal order from border service but I'm going to apply for PARA or H&C in two months. But I need travel document to visit other country to meet my family there. Is there any chance failed refugee can apply for travel document? And I can visit other country? Not home country.

You really don't want to be leaving Canada at this point. Highly unlikely they'd let you return.
