Dear Members,
Request you to please suggest me from your previous experience some very good and reputed Canadian Visa consultancy here in New Delhi, India.
My profile:
-Almost 6 years of Experience working in an IT industry as System programmer/System Analyst.
-Occupation doesn't come under the list of Occupations, so doesn't qualify to apply PR this point of time.
-My work profile is doing Managerial kind of activities but my designation and offer letter don't mention such activities ( for e.g. Analyst programmer)
-I had H1B , but last year my Stamping for US visa got denied reason given " No Employer-Employee relationship ", some reason given out of blues even though had a valid job offer and working for the client. They had to reject so they did.
-Consulted few Canadian visa consultants here in Delhi, one informed me that I can't apply for PR but what I can do is to start my AEO with them while preparing file for PR simultaneously. If i get my AEO approved then I don't fall under that list of Occupation and I can file PR.
Please advice on this besides suggesting some good consultancies.
I would be thankful to you all.
Love and regards,
~Rony
