Is there any difference between Inland and Outland CEC applications.

Hi Everyone,

I was planning to submit an inland application for CEC but looks like I will have completed my 52 weeks on the last week of my work permit and will have to exit the country. Given that, I will have to submit my application from my home country. I was wondering if there are any differences and/or rules compared to CEC inland applications.
