Is there an interview for the Family Class?

Hi! I am a Canadian citizen who sent a Family Class Sponsorship application for my wife last December. Is there an interview that we both must go to? I am out of the country working but she is in Canada with our kids. By the way, our kids are Canadian citizens. If there is an interview, how should we dress to it?

Interviews happen when IRCC suspects a Marriage of Convenience or there are other issues such as criminality. Most apps do not have interviews.

You will have to show that you intend to return to Canada. Not sure if you job in the US is permanent.
