Is there a way to leave Canada after inland PR application?

Is there a way/program to leave Canada and be allowed re-entry after inland PR application. Person in question has already received her work permit. Will she be allowed to re-enter Canada with a work permit or is there another program she would have to apply for?

There is no visa or program that will guarantee re-entry into Canada. If someone leaves during the inland process, there is always some risk (no matter how small) they won't be allowed back in.

It can also cause a lot of problems if you leave and are denied reentry so it's usually advised that if you need to leave Canada at any point in the next two years to apply outland. However, that should be weighed person to person.

And to be clear, a work permit alone won't even get you on a plane coming to Canada. A work permit is not an entry visa.
