hi am yet to apply to cic as am waiting to give in my IELTS. Belong to 2147 category. Should be sending the application only by june 10th. Any idea will the cap get closed?? :'(

It's kind of dicey as your NOC is one of the popular NOCs which my many people suspect will be filled soon or has been filled already!

I say watch the CIC website for any announcements on status of the applications. If by then there is no indication on the cap filling up and you have your IELTS ready, go ahead and submit.
