Couldn't read it since it required subscription. But looks like their ratification vote would end this Friday, and I wonder what would happen if the majority votes no to the deal. I hope the union won't decide to resume the strike. The Reddit group for Canadian public servants have been made private since yesterday, so no idea what they are planning.
