Is there a chance for pregnant woman get a job outside Canada as foreign worker?

Dear all,

I am applying for a provincial nominee program in Alberta and waiting for nomination. In the meantime, I am having a pregnancy for 6 weeks. I am wondering are there any consequences for my circumstance? I mean, if I get a medical check for work-permit visa and they find me pregnant, would they refuse my visa?

Thank you for any advices, even a minor ones. I am really confused.
