Is the study visa of canada without ielts possible?

hi, i am new to this very useful community.today i visited Islamabad and there many consultants are offering Canadian study visa without ielts.is it possible?
Recently i have done my ielts with 6.5 band and my education is intermediate (f.s.c 50%)
can anyone suggest any useful diploma or degree to try.
i am curiously waiting for your suggestion specially from Pakistani community and should i apply on my own or must get a consultant's help.

Apply on ur own......dont ever use consultant ,,,,,,,,,

they r rejecting the visa who's got 7 or 8 bands ....than how can they give visa to without ielts students.........impossible not a chance
