Hello to all.
It's probably too late for me to ask that question now since I am enrolled in URegina. Of course I did my research before accepting the offer but I was wondering if anyone could give me any insight on the city and the universirty itself.

Thank you

It's a modest-sized city of about 230,000. You will probably want/need a car to get around. Summers are rather hot, while winters are very cold and snowy. Most Canadians regard Saskatchewan as a "boring" province, but your experience will be what you make of it. The cost of living is much lower than in Toronto or Vancouver, people are more relaxed, and you have great access to natural/outdoor activities if you're into those sorts of things. The cultural (arts, food, etc.) scene is also improving.

As the provincial capital, the job market is fairly stable considering the current economic situation. In terms of URegina, its reputation is definitely more regional in scope, but you should be just fine in Saskatoon, Winnipeg, etc.
