hey guys i heared that if u know anybody from manitoba then u can get p.r. in 3months..they can even sponser friends too from all over the world once in their lifetime..& condition is that u have to stay there for 3years..is that true..my problem is my faincee is on student visa & i m visitor..if we can get married over there..then can we get p.r. too...plz help me if u know that..i m waiting for ur reply....thanks..monzi
