is Tattoo a problem in Medical Exam? (Pinoy)

I am about to have a medical exam next week in Cebu. I wish to know if having a tattoo is a problem. It's been marked on my leg in 2009.

having a tattoo is not really a problem, but the DMP will surely ask you to undergo an additional test which will cost you about 300 pesos yata..
Ni rerequire kasi ng Canada Government na kapag may tattoo and ear piercing ang applicant, kelangan mag pa HEPA test.. May additional payment ang test na ito dahil inde ito kasama sa regular package..
Magiging problema lang ito kung nagkaroon ka ng sakit dahil sa pagpapa tattoo mo..
