My friend has completed Master of commerce in 2012, India. He has continues job from 2012 to now with one company. Now he want to get student visa is it possible for him. Because agents says it is not possible. But in CIC website, it is no where written that gap is the problem or age is the problem. Experts please suggest me.

Age or gap not usually a big issue but after a masters need to be convincing taking a post grad course in Canada after 7 years makes sense in that is relevant to current qualifications and work experience plus improves prospects on returning home. No harm in getting a college offer and applying with a solid case for a study permit , will either be approved or not as opposed to a what if scenario if had not applied. Every case is different and the forum can only speculate

He needs to select a degree that makes sense based on his previous education and work experience. The choice must lead to career advancement.
