Is st Aloysius international university degree accepted for Canada immigration

Can any one tell me if St Aloysius international university Bangalore is recognised by WES. I couldn't find it on WES list of Universities.
Also, if it is not there in WES List, can it be recognised by IQAS.
Has anyone got a positive reply for St Aloysius international university for Canada immigration.
