IS SENECA STILL OPEN FOR JAN INTAKE 2019???

Hello friends,
The original site of seneca which shows that information is updated 2-3 days before. it shows list of Programs related to Business and managment is open.. but when my agent said he punched for offer letter. they straight shift the option to sep 2019.???
How is this possible.?? the site is still showing programs are open even in updated list. Help me please

This happens sometimes... The college website might show that it is open, but when you actually try to apply it shows full...
