no...only Canadian lawyer...coz u cant sue them in Pakistani high court.u can sue them only in Canada...
listen Canadian lawyer approx charge fee $500 for like this type cases...and if u sue them in canada... u dont know how much will take canadian court....3 months, 6 moths or maybe 1 year... we have no idea and i think even lawyers also have no idea... and after this r u sure that u will win ur case... i think u dont go for this option apply again 1st get addmission in university and then make ur file more strong... its my personal opinion.

Yes - you need a lawyer (you cannot do it yourself).

Expect to pay in the range of $3K to $5K (not $500).

but the problem to take admissin in uni is that i have done master in busines administration- MBA and for admission in canadian MBA all ruputable universities are asking GMAT.
If i take admissin in Ecnomics or managment etc little matching with my degree , wil it b study miss match?

u did MBA in Pakistan..n now i think if u choose management then its not mismatching... try to find a degree which is more close or relevant to MBA and not required GMAT... and then write and strong SOP and mention that y u choose that degree.... previously they refused ur visa because of level of study... u did MBA in Pakistan and then u got admission in stouffville for ACCA.... u know ACCA having the Canadian equivalence of a Bachelor's Degree (four years) in Accounting... so u made this big blunder....

Just a sneeze of lawyer is enough to cost you $500. Don't expect any miracle unless it error in law, not judgement.
