Is "Ready for Visa" email passport request??

Hey Guys,
I just received "Ready for Visa" email it has bunch of steps

STEP 1: UPDATE YOUR APPLICATION WITH ANY CHANGES, IF APPLICABLE
STEP 2: DETERMINE IF YOU NEED TO SUBMIT YOUR PASSPORT (S)
STEP 3: PREPARE YOUR DOCUMENTS
STEP 4: SUBMIT YOUR DOCUMENTS

is this passport request?

Btw I'm 22nd Feb 2015 inland application from ontario

Don't trust ECAS
I landed already still IP

So follow Cic email

I have the same case. I got the READY FOR VISA email requesting my passport but if I login to myCIC, nothing has changed.

is this something to worry about?

I received the ready for visa email and sent my passport and the photos to Ottawa yesterday

Can someone tell me how long it takes to get your passport back from Ottawa? I have to travel for work to Europe on May 27th for a week...

what does it mean when london visa office asked for just our passport copies ?
