Is Proof of funds necessary if you have a close relative in Saskatchewan

Hi guys, please I need clarification on an issue.
I have an aunt who's a Canadian citizen in Saskatchewan and I will be putting her down as a close relative to get the 20 points for SINP. However, I was wondering if that also means I do not need the proof of funds since I will be staying with her till I find my feet in Saskatchewan.

If anyone can please confirm or deny this for me, it will really help in my preparation before submitting my EOI. Thank you!
