Is previous background check for tourist visa considered when making a PR BGC

i am not german but i live in Germany but even if i was german i would still need to apply for an ETA

Yes I understand that but eTA is not a tourist Visa that's why.

I think the delay have connection to Vienna visa office as I saw anyone have been in Europe in general or Germany specifically is still waiting for BGC to finish . As my thought they send to VO of countries you are national of or been there .

Yes Ahmed thank you for the Info i know, they send my documents to Egypt for a check and it happened with me before in the tourist Visa and Egypt was late in replying to them. its not due to the vienna office its because other countries take long time to answer, not sure though how to speed up this process, any idea ?
