Is previous background check for tourist visa considered when making a PR BGC

Any idea if the background check performed for getting a tourist visa is considered when doing a background check for PR ?
i received early this year a tourist visa and there was a lengthy process of background check, in the same year i applied for a PR ( family sponsorship) its been now 3 months since my BGC started. the previous background check is not considered ?

Yes they received my medical results in 12 september and now my bgc started

Not sure. Mines been in progress since july 10. Mexico vo

Did your order GCMS notes? There might be some red flags in your application which might cause the delay. It's really hard to say how much time they need for BC. My VO is also Vienna and my BC started on November 6th.

But you don't need a tourist Visa when you're from Germany right?
