Is possible to get LMIA and work permit with poor credit?

I am owe money creditors in canada around $20000 in 2017 and I made promise with creditors pay separate every month but I did not pay yet now. Is this will be bad result of get LMIA and work permit? In the future I will apply also AINP and PR. I need help

As far as I know, it will not affect a work permit. Are you in Canada?
