is police clearance from Passport OFfice (PSK) still valid for India ?

hi Guys,

we have obtained my spouses police clearance from PSK , Kanpur and wondering if this is still valid as I don't see that information in online CIC website, they have said only Delhi applicants should apply online to passport website?

We got our police clearance from PSK no problem in providing the same since its an accepted form. All Indian applications are processed through the New Delhi office .
