Hi folks,

I am reading the documents required for Nova Scotia PNP and it says as below for the Police Clearance Certificate:

Police certificates (if applicable): For the principal applicant and dependents aged 18 or older, if they have been convicted of or committed a criminal offence.

So, I don't think it is required unless the applicant has committed any crime.

I can submit the PCC but it is taking 2 months for me to get the appointment and get the certificate in India, so this is delaying the process.

Please help me to understand if PCC is compulsory for Nova Scotia?

Thanks a lot for the help.

Thanks for the info. I believe the cap is for each category right? I still prefer to apply even though the cap is reached. Did you apply and heard back anything yet?

As per NSIO, only 150 will get nomination letter. Since 6th March you can imagine how many application would be landed there.

I am not against luck but still chances are very less because of late submission and less nomination against application.

If about, 5000 application they received then 150 is really a smallest selection.

What do you think....I am not discouraging you but think before sending application
