You can apply for a PCC from Indian Embassy in Canada. Check the Indian Embassy website.

Hi

Today i applied for PCC And Birth certificate through consulate general of india,Toronto.

Can anyone tell me how many weeks it will take to get PCC AND Birth certificate,

we booked appointment for IELTS on April 6th,i am worried like will get both PCC and BC by that time any idea ??

Can any one please suggest on this .

and one more question ,what else is required for submitting to PR.(PCC,BC ,IELTS SCORE and work experience) is it fine ??

Thanks

PCC takes time but some times it would have been available and consulate forgets to inform you. I would say start a follow up with after 1 week of application than wait for 4-6 weeks and then do a follow up. Call them every week to find out the status, you dont lost much but chances are you might get it earlier than 4 weeks.
