Hi I have done 13 years in steel industry have full time diploma in metallurgical engineering and a part time degree in metallurgy is it eligible for a steel plant job in canada.

My name is satish basically I am well settled in kuwait since 6 years with family two kids .after schooling +2
I have done diploma in metallurgical engineering from India later I joined essar steel gujrat during my job, I have done part time BE from Indian Institute of metals ,Kolkatta after five years working in MNC essar steels , I have join steel authority of India its a government steel plant , after one year due to low salary in Govt sector I have planned to join gulf country chooses Kuwait,since past 6 years ,in Kuwait my kids studies are not well I want to migrate to canada what is the scope for metallurgy guys their how many steel plants available.
As of now my benefits in Kuwait:
2 Lakhs salary ,free medical,free accodomation yearly air ticket to whole family , visa expenses
As I will I not get all these benefits in canada is is it a good idea to migrate their for only reason of kids education.
