Is P.ENG license necessary to apply under CEC?

Hi,

I am a mechanical engineer (NOC 2132), and m uncertain if I need a P.ENG before I can apply for express entry under CEC. I have experience of 1.5 years but not having the license since it takes 4-5 years.

Please other engineers (or anyone who knows) suggest me kindly.

you dont need it. For CEC you just need 1 year of experience and english test result. I am also an EIT with 1.5 years experience and I got the ITA from the last round
