Is Ontario Human Capital Priorities Stream still open ?

Hello fellas ,

can any one tell if Ontario Human Capital Priorities Stream is still open ? I am not able to find if they are still open or not.

We don't actually have any way of knowing, but people were getting PTs from OINP as recently as September 25, so I think they still have some slots open.

I mean unless they have three months of waiting time for processing so I saw the google sheet and observed most applications from june have not received any update as of yet
