Is Ontario College Graduate Certificate equivalent to PG Diploma?

Hi, I would like to know if Ontario College Graduate Certificate is the same thing as PG Diploma or not? Moreover, can I apply for MS after completing 1 year of OCGC?

Yes OCGC and PG diploma are one and the same.

and yes you can apply forS only if you have completed 17 years for your study.
