yes in paper based vfs doesnt let u apply without necessary documentation, whle in online u can submit just few things and apply
u have more chances when u send more documentation

Not necessarily so. Currently processing for pgwp is 32 days online and 90+ days for paper.

Both will take similar time... but Online shows you step by step updates of your file... medical update, passport dispatch update, approvals etc
