I plan to apply for permanent residence through Canada Experience Class.

My job title is "Junior Software Developer" and that's what says on my pay stub. I think the most relevant NOC for my job is NOC2174 (http://noc.esdc.gc.ca/English/noc/Profile.aspx?val=2&val1=2174&ver=16) .

My duties include everything in the lead statement and all the duties listed on that page. My education background is BASC in engineering physics with minor in honours maths (with a significant programming component).

Just wondering if the word "Junior" in my job title will make me not eligible for NOC 2174 or it doesn't matter?

Thanks!

No. The title is less relevant than the actual functions/role. It's what you do that counts for the NOC.
