hi rupeshhari

I have a query regarding work experience if you have one year full time continuous experience from 38 job category and further experience in skill A or B then I shall be awarded the point for experience in skill A or B .

MY WORK EXPERIENCE IS DETAIL CAN YOU TELL ME HOW MUCH POINTS I WILL BE AWARDED BY NEW LAWS YOUR REPLY IS VERY HELPFUL TO ME.

ACCOUNTANT 18 MONTHS

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER 30 MONTHS

NETWORK ENGINEER 18 MONTHS

yes, if you have work experience in any jobs that are of skill type A or B, you will get points for them.
I don't know if administrative officer is of skill type 0, A or B.

I suggest you tell me that NOC for these three jobs and then we can calculate the experience points based on that.

NETWORK ENGINEER NOC 2147
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER 1221.

If the NOC's are correct, then you would get maximum points for work experience. I think it is 21.

yes the noc are correct I checked the noc on this web site http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/Welcome.aspx. if I am not wrong we check the noc on this web site am I right ?. if you can check the noc on this web site and confirm that. I shall be thank full to you.

That website is correct. What i meant by the 'NOC's are right' is that sometimes, we think the NOC is right but the IO has a complete different view. This is obvious from many people rejected for 0213.

Some more site for 38 category list :

http://www.canadavisa.com/new-instructions-federal-skilled-worker-applications.html

Remember the 38 list are specific list of NOCs that you must have at least one year of experience within the last 10 years. For points, it doesn't necessarily have to be from teh 38 job list.

The hrsdc website gives only NOCs in general.

Hi rupeshhari,

So if my profession is not in 38 occupation List. then I should be applying for Canadian PR with that ocupation. Or I'll be able to apply and decision may come late.

If you are applying as a skilled worker and your occupation is not in the list of 38, you will need a job offer or you need to have been in Canada for the last 12 months before you apply. If you don't fit one of these 3 categories, you can not apply as a skilled worker.
