Is my Work Permit still valid after I get a Student Visa ??

Hi,

My LMO Work Permit expires in Oct 2013 first week, and I have enrolled myself in an educational programme starting Sep 2013.

I could have worked till Sep end in normal case, but if my student permit comes in Sep beginning, then can I still work, as my WP will be still valid or will my WP become invalid by default once I get my Students permit?

Hi

Your work permit will be invalidated by the student permit, so you will need to stop working by the start date of the student permit.
