I am here on work visa for the past 3 years and have the validity until April 2019. I live here with my wife and kid with their visitor visa ending Apr 2019.
Recently my wife went on vacation to India with my 3.5 year old son and will stay there for 5 month 8 days approx. I was wondering that when they return to Canada will they need to go through medical tests again to allow reentry?
I was told that a medical test will be required if a person stays 6 consecutive months or more but just wanted to confirm that 5 month 8 days should not be a problem. Please advise.
