Hello I am wondered do I need a medical exam if I want to get visitor visa (business visa) to Canada for 5 days only?

Depends on the nationality of your passport. Some do some do not.

But they mentioned if I visit for 6 months or less I do not require a medical exam? I see this at cic site?
