Is MA (English) from IGNOU in India valid from Job Prospectus wise in Canada and also for getting points in CRS Scores for Canada

I do not have a first hand experience or know someone who had got the WES assessment done for IGNOU, but WES website states that they assess formal education that includes distant education.
