Express Entry has been opened since January 1 and it was said that candidates in the Express Entry pool would be matched with potential employers through the Job Bank. Is this is active? Is there a timeline? Because it was said that Job Bank that would help match people with eligible employers in Canada that has job openings that fit with their skills, knowledge and experience; in fact one couldn't complete EE registration without first registering in the Job Bank.
My experience is that most of the jobs seen on job bank only link to third party job boards and chances are if you're not already eligible to legally work in Canada, employers won't even entertain your interest in their ad. So what's the point? What is happening? Is there something that I am missing? Are overseas skilled workers getting jobs through Job Bank? :-\
