Hello Everyone,

I've waited a year and I've been here in Canada for a year. Kids are enjoying their school. My wife and I have work. Landing was an exciting experience and scarry in the same time. I was anxious to get a job so that we won't get much from our savings. Which I got in couple of weeks! Stayed with relatives for a couple of month, moved to an apartment near my work. I can say that for the first 2-3 months it was really stressfull.

But after that, I was really enjoying my stay in Canada. Don't lose hope, specially those who have been waiting for quite some time.

IT IS WORTH IT.

All by God's grace. To God be the glory.

Thank you Jig for the words of inspiration..

I should be one of the applicants last July 2012 before it was declared temporary pause.

Now, Im losing hope for January due to several changes: Credential Assessment, Ielts for Spouse, Huge slash on the number of immigrants they want to welcome and a lot more..

But I think it will be a good victory if we have waited patiently and God gave us the visa in His own perfect time.

Share more of your experiences there so that we will get inspired, especially us, Filipinos and continue to pursue our Canadian dream..
