Your daughter would need a study permit. There is no "accompanying permit" allowing you to stay with her; you could initially come as a visitor but it is unlikely that you will be able to continually extend your visitor status for 2-3 years. You will not be able to work while here as a visitor.

A TRV allows you to board a commercial carrier to travel to Canada. Actual status in Canada is granted by CBSA when entering. As I said, you can apply to extend your visitor status but as you will essentially be trying to live in Canada as a visitor, it will likely come to the point where IRCC will refuse a further extension and you will be required to leave.
