Is it true that an international student cannot travel to Canada 4 weeks before their college start date??

Is it true that International students can only travel 4 weeks before their course with the current flight situation??
I got my visa just 5days back and the only available seat i got was for Dec 11th from delhi to toronto and my course starts on Jan10th.

Hoping some one can advise me as my ticket is booked exactly a month from my course start date.

Travelling on the 11th is perfectly fine.
