If they have access to your file, then yes, they can. But if they don't have that, they can't. To give them access to information, you will have to fill required form, sign it, get it signed from them and upload it thru Webform. It'll take 10 days to get that added to the file. After that, IRCC can provide selective information to them. The other way is to make them the representative, same process, that can give then full access to information.

Thanks for your answer, it means it can take more time. Can you please tell me how to contact IRCC from Pakistan. I tried calling through viber etc as mentioned here in earlier threads but automated machine says it's not a valid number.

Try this number: +1613-944-4000 .. call directly from cell phone instead of Viber/Skype etc. Make sure that you have balance to call. Its really cheap to call directly from phone.

I just tried but it says in instructions that we don't provide information on permits or visas, any other number?

Have you tried calling the 1-888 directly? Does that work? If not, then try Google Hangout.

I tried through Google hangout too but there too they said it's invalid number
