Im a 22 years old IT programmer and Im from venezuela, the situation here with this comunist dictatorship is destroying my life and I wish I could scape to somewhere else just to avoid getting killed, I would work of anything, I have a very good fisical condition and wouldnt care if I had to work hard in camp or something like that, is it possible If an employer could manage my inmigration for free work for exchange ?

No - it really isn't possible. You still require a work permit - even if you're volunteering. To qualify for a work permit, your employer must obtain an approved LMIA and prove no Canadian could be hired for the role. If an employer tries to get an LMIA for a volunteer position, it's pretty much guaranteed to be refused. Getting an LMIA is also a long and expensive process for the employer - so it's going to be extremely difficult to find anyone who is willing to do this for a volunteer position.
