You are still under the normal processing time for paper-based, which is 18 months. Have you communicated with SGVO regarding this interview that has not been scheduled yet? When did you order your latest GCMS? Maybe the interview was already cancelled. Did you check your phone for any missed calls? SGVO sometimes conduct phone interviews (my case, got 2 calls, one for child custody and the other, about my marriage).

It may be not possible to call me because my residence is Bangladesh, some time phone call is difficult, my file was last updated 15 January, that day i pass eligibility, criminality , security under code s15(1) hidden, medical not started, .also received pre-arrival service mail at 16 january. I withdrew GCMS 10 April 2018

Not asked yet Singapore about interview schedule but planning to write , but according to the website interview que is 24 months so confused if write them may annoyed

I have emailed SGVO few times, like every 2 weeks, and I always get a response from them.

The s15 could also be due to the unsigned GCMS consent for one of your dependents. What is in your Security activities? And also the Assessment in page 1 or 2 of the GCMS notes?

Actually this time made a mistake when I asked for GCMS, i sent consent paper only for me not for my son so his data is not available to me but according to the visa office note the interview is related to my son , BTW where is your country of residence if you don't mind

My job is to stay online full time, so no possibility to miss email, every night checked GCkey and e-cas

don't know dear , i even did not received any FT mail from Singapore , only mail i received to submit 11 ADR from Singapore
