Is it possible to have them send TRV to a different country?

As the topic says, I've applied online for Temporary Resident Visa extension about 1 week ago, but due to a family emergency I need to go to Germany. I am currently in Canada. Is there a way for me to receive TRV in Germany?

If you applied for an extension to your TRV, that extension is voided as soon as you leave Canada. So if you did in fact apply for an extension on a single entry TRV, it will no longer be valid once you leave for Germany.

Uhm sorry, I meant that I applied for a renewal of my existing TRV. It's a multi entry TRV.

I think you have not submitted your passport in Germany. If not then if you have the choice of sending your passport in courier and also receive it by prepaid envelope, It solves your problem. Or you can authorize someone to take and receive passport on behalf of you it also solves your problem.
